Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-10-Q-0331 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38, Defense Circular Number 20091229, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-1030. This procurement is being issued unrestricted under NAICS code 424720. Purchase the following: 0001- Purchase Avgas 100 LL aviation fuel for Heritage conference, 4,000 gallons. 0002- Fuel truck to deliver 6 round trips for Heritage conference on the 5th and 6th of March 2010. 0003- Line service fueler 0004- Fuel truck rental 0005-Purchase Avgas 100 LL aviation fuel for Air Show, 5,000 gallons. 0006-Fuel truck to deliver 6 round trips for Air Show on the 19th-21st of March 2010. 0007-Line service fueler 0008-Fuel truck rental NOTE: A fuel sample will need to be tested by an Air Force designated specialist, no later than 26 Feb, 2010. Award will be made based on lowest technically acceptable bid. Technical acceptability will be based on acceptable fuel samples. Shipping will be FOB Destination to F1P23B - 355 CMS/CSR DMAFB Tucson, AZ. The provision at 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeror -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price and technical acceptance.
