- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to procure on a sole source basis three (3) Frequency Selective Surfaces (FSS) complete radome sets and three(3) Frequency Transparent Radomes (FTR) complete radome sets. The sole source justification is based on meeting the test requirements of lab and shipboard Electromagnetic Capability (EMC) for the radome sets. The items will be procured on a sole source basis from Vantage Associates Incorporated, 199 W. 146th St., Gardena, CA 90248. The radome sets consist of: CLIN 0001: Part number 93520/93521 Rev. A (Qty = 3); CLIN 0002 Part number 93518/93519 Rev. (Qty=3). Please include any shipping/freight costs for FOB Destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. DFAR 252.211-7003 (Item Identification and Valuation) is applicable to this purchase. DFAR 252.232-7003 (Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports) is applicable to this purchase. Pricing should be FOB Destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 6220 Tisdale Road, Suite 159, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Offerors may obtain information on registration in the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. A formal request for quote will not be issued as all items are identified in this synopsis. Quote is due 26 February 2010, no later than 4:00 p. m. (local NSWCDD time) with an anticipated award date by 10 March 2010. Quotes may be submitted by EMAIL in Microsoft Word or Adobe pdf format to APRIL.GALLAHAN@NAVY.MIL or by FAX to: 540-653-6810.
