- John D. Dingell VAMC, 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, MI 48201, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Bread and Bakery Products. Contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, transportation and equipment to deliver Bread and Bakery Products. Products shall be delivered on time with no incidence of spoilage. The Contractor at no cost to the Government, shall replace products that spoil prior to expiration date. Deliveries shall be made four days per week on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Deliveries shall be made between the hours of 7:30am and 10:30am. Orders shall be faxed or phoned in on the administrative workday prior to the scheduled delivery date. Monday orders will be faxed or phoned in on Friday. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 3/8/2010. Electronic solicitation may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.fbo.gov.
