- The solicitation is changed to extend the opening date to February 22, 2010 and close date to March 24, 2010. PR No.: 0024299905 NSN: 5985-00-138-9793. This item is a Switch; Waveguide approved sources Herley Industries, Inc. (32187) P/N MD-025X029 and Communications & Power Industries (88236) P/N MA8320-2X4D. Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. The offeror must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. Form DD254 is applicable. Note 25. Information submitted should be pertinent and specific in the technical area under consideration, on each of the following qualifications: (1) Experience: An outline of previous projects, specific work previously performed or being performed and any in-house research and development effort; (2) Personnel: Name, professional qualifications and specific experience of scientist, engineers and technical personnel who may be assigned as a principal investigator and/or project officer; (3) Facilities: Availability and description of special facilities required to perform in the technical areas under consideration. A statement regarding industry security clearance. Any other specific and pertinent information as pertains to this particular area of procurement that would enhance our consideration and evaluation of the information submitted. 26. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Total quantity 125 EA to be delivered to W62G2T Tracey, CA 95304-5000. Required delivery is 410 days ADO and any balance at the rate of 25 EA every 30-day thereafter. Various increments solicited from 1 to 24, 25 to 49, 50 to 149, 150 to 499, 500 to 899, 900 and up. Other Than Full and Open Competition applies. FOB Destination and Inspection and Acceptance Origin All shipments are to be CONUS. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. Adequate specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. This solicitation is unrestricted not set aside for small business. This RFP is solicited under FAR Part 15 and will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on its issue date of 2010-02-19. Hard copies are NOT available. This solicitation is expected to result in Firm Fixed Price Contract. FOB Destination While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
