- RECOVERY-This project is subject to American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 reporting requirements. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE IDIQ MATOC SOLICITATION N1244090510. The National Park Service contemplates entering into negotiations with one of our MATOC contractors and award a firm-fixed price Task Order. The NPS has a requirement to rehab sewer lines in Moraine Park Campground in Rocky Mountain National Park. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS Code is 237110. This task order will be issued under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009.
