- <label for="dnf_class_values_procurement_notice__description_">Synopsis</label>: Added: <input name="dnf_class_values[procurement_notice][description][0][added_on]" type="hidden" value="2009-12-07 07:59:59" />Dec 07, 2009 7:59 am The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate solely with General Dynamic Information Technology, 3211 Jermantown Road, Fairfax, Virginia 22030-2844 under the authority Far 8.405-6(b)(1). This action will provide a one month extension to the existing contract for support of the Social Security Online Accounting and Reporting System in the areas of Program Management Support, Cost Benefit Analysis, Help Deck Support, SSOARS Audit Support, Change Management, and System Documentation. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. This is not a request for quotation and the Government does not intend to pay for information received. If SSA does not identify other acceptable sources capable of providing the premium support, SSA shall issue a sole source award under 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1); FAR 6.302-1 procedures. Responses to this notice should be submitted by 12:00 pm on December 18, 2009. Request for copies of a solicitation will not be honored or acknowledged. Oral communications are not acceptable.
