- N012 Upgrade to Fire Suppression System in Bldg 32-620, 1 Job W911RP-1-R-0015 Rock Island Contracting Center, Pine Bluff Contracting Office has a requirement to provide all labor, materials, equipment, fuel and transportation necessary to provide and install an upgrade to Fire Alarm System in Bldg 32-620, in accordance with technical specifications in Upgrade Fire Protection System Bldg. # 32-60 dated 26 January 2010 and drawings referenced therein. The type of contract is firm-fixed price. Place of performance is located within a production area of Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238220. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 dollars. Award of contract is subject to availability of funding. Acquisition shall be conducted pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The issued date for solicitation W911RP-10-R-0015 is on or about 05 March 2010 with a closing date on or about 05 April 2010. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Requests for the solicitation package must be sent in writing via e-mail to jennifer.johnson25@us.army.mil. The solicitation number must be listed in the subject line on all requests. Additionally, companys full mailing address, telephone and fax numbers, and email addresses should be listed on all requests. The resulting contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation requirements, will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Offerors shall submit all technical questions regarding this solicitation to the Contracting Officer, in writing, no later than 20 days after issuance of this Request for Proposal (RFP). Questions may be sent via facsimile or email. Verbal questions will not be addressed. All responses to written questions, which may affect offers, will be incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation.
