- The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), has awarded contract G10PC00071 to MWE Services, Inc., DBA Midwest Demolition Company, of Lincoln, NE in response to competitive solicitation 09WRSS0022, entitled "demolition of discontinued streamgages and cableways." This contract covers work in ten (10) states (CA, CT, IN, MA, MN, NH, OR, RI, WA, WI) and is issued in the amount of $2,518,981.80. The ordering period ends 30 September 2010; the period of performance ends 30 September 2011. This contract is fully-funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the "Act"), Public Law 111-5. Unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements, have been included. ATN ER000AK
