- Solicitation amended: "The required date for design completion for the 312 N. Spring St and Roybal sites is changed from 120 days to 180 days. Commitment to a detailed schedule (for all 3 sites) must be made two weeks prior to the performance of work. Further, deviation from this schedule is at the discretion of the project manager and/or building management. The contractor shall work with project management to review areas where Contractor employees will be working, and any anticipated impact on building services. Scheduling is subject to GSA approval."
