- RECOVERY - Turn Point Barn Roofing. This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The work consists of furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, except for specified Government furnished property, to re-roof the Turn Point Lighthouse barn roof. Work also includes fabricating and installing rafter ridge stiffening plates, installing gable brace connectors, and replacing damaged rafter collar tie beams. NAICS Code is 238160. Project site is located on Stuart Island, San Juan County, Spokane District, Washington. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated start work is May 10, 2010, and performance time is 30 calendar days. This solicitation will be posted electronically at www.fedconnect.net. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is March 5, 2010. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by resultant contract award(s) may utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror(s), will be required in any resultant contract. The Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act which requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract.
