- 1. The U.S. Coast Guard has a requirement for Pest Control and Extermination Services at U.S. Coast Guard Island, Alameda, CA. The Base Year Contract will begin 1 April 2010 thru 30 September 2010, with 4 Option Years. 2. If you are interested in submitting a quote, please review the enclosed documents. All submittals must be completed and forwarded to this office for consideration of your offer. This solicitation is considered Services and Small Business Concerns will be considered first. a) Please note that the Proposal Due Date is 19 March 2010 by 3:00 PM local time. You may submit your quote via fax (510) 437-2793 Attn: April E. Smith or via e-mail at april.e.smith@uscg.mil. b) If you have any questions, pertaining to the Statement of Work, they should be submitted in writing to Commanding Officer, USCG BSU Alameda, Coast Guard Island, Bldg 42, Alameda, CA 94501, Attn: April E. Smith or via e-mail at april.e.smith@uscg.mil. Questions should be received no later than 11 March 2010. 3. Your proposal must be submitted on the attached Standard Form 1449 in order for your proposal to be considered responsive. Be sure to complete Block 17 and sign and date Blocks 30 a, b, and c.
