- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. The California National Guard has a requirement to purchase 1 each Toyota model 7FDU35 diesel lift truck to include the following equipment/accessories: -System of Active Stability (SAS) -Active control rear stabilizer -Active mast function controller (AMC) -Automatic fork leveling -3-stage mast with full lift MAX FORK HEIGHT: 187inches / OVERALL LOWERED HEIGHT 90.2inches (OVERHEAD GUARD HEIGHT 86.20inches) / FREE LIFT 42.1inches with standard load backrest. -planetary drive axle -lift capacity 8,000lbs @ 24inch load center -tilt 6 degrees forward and 6 degrees backwards -ITA hook-type 46inch carriage -forks 48inch x 6inch x 2inch Class III -48inch high load backrest -cascade 46inch sideshifter (to include 3rd function hosing) -travel speed 15 mph -lift speed 102 fpm -Toyota 5.2L, 15Z industrial diesel engine, 318 cubic inch displacement, inline 6 cylinder, overhead valve(OHV) -net torque rating (SAE ft-lb): 207 @2000 rpm -net horsepower rating (SAE HP): 80 @ 2200 rpm -automatic transmission with reverse phase type 2 stator torque converter providing 8:1 torque multiplication, 1 speed forward, 1 speed reverse standard -hydrostatic power steering with memory tilt steering column -front tires: 28 x 12-15-20PR (pneumatic) -rear tires: 7.00-12-12PR (pneumatic) -backup alarm -rear combination lights -operator presence sensing system (OPSS) -dual action hand parking brake -adjustable headlights with guards -electronic shift control -2 stator torque converter with 8:1 torque multiplication -fully insulated stamped steel engine hood -memory tilt steering column -dual operator assist grips -dash integrated pen/pencil/cup holder -durable rubber floor mat -automotive style headlight switch -12 month warranty or 2,000 hours whichever occurs first: basic -24 months or 4,000 hours whichever occurs first: powertrain The following provisions are hereby incorporated into this solicitation: 52.211-6 -Brand Name or Equal, 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offeror - Commercial Items, 52.212-3 - Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. All quotes must include applicable freight charges to Dublin, CA 94568. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR).
