- RECOVERY - Lake Lanier GA LiDAR (ARRA) In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the 'Act'), Public Law 111-5, this notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), intends to issue a task order under established Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract number G10PC00026 awarded to GMR, DBA: PhotoScience. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE INCUMBENT CONTRACTOR(S). The original award was made on a competitive basis. The task order issued against aforementioned contract is as follows: Task Order #G10PD00661, Dollar Value of This Action is $494,270.13 for planning, acquisition, processing and digital elevation modeling of lidar data to be collected for approximately 2000 square miles. Period of Performance is no later than August 15, 2010. Place of Performance is ten counties in Georgia. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by the contractor will utilize funds provided by the Act. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements, is required. (ATN #NM0003H, TAS::14 0803::TAS NM0003H)
