- Network 2 Network 1 Specs GSA Pacific Rim Region (GSA) requires HVAC and building automation system (BAS) improvements at the U.S. Geological Survey campus, 345 Middlefield Road, Menlo Park, CA. Work will include substantial building automation system retrofits (to include laboratory controls), and other HVAC improvements. This is a design-build project. Awards will be on the basis of a best-value source selection considering price and nonprice factors. This solicitation is being issued for full and open competition under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program for NAICS 238220. Any responsible source may submit a proposal. A pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held at 9:30 AM local time, Tuesday February 23, 2010, at the site.
