- The Bureau of Land Management, under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures for FAR Part 13, intends to issue a sole-source purchase order to University of Colorado in Boulder, CO for the 2 day, 3 panel, one roundtable National Landscape Conservation System (NLCS) 10-year Anniversary Signaure Event on April 14-15, 2010. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. All inquires and concerns must be addressed to Chau Nguyen by phone at 303-239-3678, facsimile number (303) 239-3699, or email to Chau_Nguyen@blm.gov. Responses to the notice must be submitted within ten (10) calandar days of the electronic posting. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government.
