Description
The requirement will be for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a two (2) year base period and three (3) one-year option periods to be awarded under FAR 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The Source Selection Method used for this solicitation will be Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA). In addition to the factor of cost/price, an offeror's acceptability will be determined by whether a vendor takes exception to requirements of the solicitation. The following National Stock Numbers (NSN) are those being procured: 4210-01-131-0249 4210-01-143-1404 4210-01-131-0247 4210-01-220-6648 4210-01-264-3871 The above mentioned NSNs are procured to the specifications MIL-H-24606B and A-A-59227A. These technical documents will be available during the solicitation period only. Each of the items require First Article Testing and must be sourced inspected. Delivery Requirements is 110 days after issuance of each delivery order. If First Article Testing applies to the resultant contract, the required delivery of the first order for each National Stock Number will be 230 days after issuance of each delivery order. These 230 days will allow for the 90 day First Article Test Period, as well as an additional 30 day evaluation by the appropriate Engineering Support Activity. NOTE: Copies of this solicitation will be available on the Business System Modernization - DLA Internet Bid Board System, the DIBBS website, after the solicitation opening date at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Search RFP/IFBs" from the main window tool bar. Then search by the Solicitation number you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. The following is additional information: All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. After solicitation opening date, copies of the solicitation will be available on the DIBBS website.
