- Under authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, The U. S. Census Bureau intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Ms. Marilyn Rosenberry to serve as a 2010 Management Assistant and complete all assigned tasks in support of managing the JARS database, Time and Attendance, and Payroll Processing at the national Processing Center (NPC). The work will take place in Jeffersonville, Indiana. The work will be monitored and reviewed by the U.S. Census Bureau. Ms. Rosenberry has been determined to be the only responsible source due to her unique experience with applicable Census processes, including the use of proprietary Census software, which is a result of her having performed these services previously at the U. S. Census Bureau. This is not a solicitation announcement or an invitation for bids. Information received regarding this announcement will only be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Census Bureau believes it is in its best interest to award an order to Marilyn Rosenberry. Inquiries may be addressed to Brenda Steele, Purchasing Agent, NPC Procurement.
