- Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering (RDEC) Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division (NDC), Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the U. S. Army Natick Soldier Research, Development and Engineering Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a Purchase Order on a sole source basis with Advanced Educational Products (AEP), 2495 Main St, Suite 230, Buffalo NY 14214. 40 Supervisors Safety Manual, 40 Accident Prevention Manual for business & Industry, 40 The Miniature Guide to Critical Thinking: Concepts and Tools, 40 Human Error Approach to Aviation Accident Analysis, 50 OSHA 1910 General Industry Regulations Book, 50 OSHA 1926 Construction Industry Regulations, 40 ANSI/AIHA Z10-2005 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, 40 Speak with Confidence, 40 - Accident Prevention Manual for Business & Industry: Engineering & Technology, 40 Dewalt Blueprint Reading Professional Reference, 40 Write for a Business: A Compact Guide to Writing and Communicating in the Workplace, 40 Everyones Problem-Solving Handbook, 40 Practical Research: Planning and Design, 40 Industrial Hygiene Workbook: The Occupational Health Sciences, 40 Safety Training that Delivers: How to Design and Present Better Technical Training, 40 Safety Metrics: Tools and Techniques for Measuring Safety Performance, 40 Life Safety Code 09, 40 Pocket Guide to Safety Essentials, 40 Memory-Enhancing Techniques for Investigating Interviewing The Cognitive Interview. USACRC has executed several contracts for books and has found that Advance Educational Products, Inc has been the only vendor capable of executing our complete orders. Complete Orders are critical to meeting the class schedule and execution timeline. Any firm that believes it can meet this requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 5 days from the date of publication of this announcement. Supporting evidence must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements, yet must be limited to 2 pages. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, NCD will proceed with awarding a firm fixed price purchase order to AEP. Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for quote.
