- This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, Pacific West Area, intends to award a firm-fixed price task order for construction support services for the replacement of roofing system on main lab/office facility, Pendleton, OR. The replacement of roofing system addresses critical deferred maintenance to the facility. The task order will be awarded against an existing contract which was completed under the Brooks Act and awarded as an Architectural and Engineering, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity contract. The opportunity is available only to the contractor under Contract No. AG-3K15-C-06-0004. The task order will be awarded to Tectonics, address provided below.
