- Response to Questions 1 Amendment 2 **This is the official Solicitation** This is the Hill AFB Request for Proposal (RFP) for the delivery of base wide mail delivery services. The installation contractor shall provide all personnel, vehicles, fuel, equipment, tools, material, supplies, and services for processing and delivery of official mail, communications, forms, and parcels for all Hill AFB supported organizations Please reference the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Performance Plan (PP) for a full description of the requirement. The attached 1449 is the official solicitation. Please review the document in its entirety and provide the required documents prior to the solicitations close date/time. Amendment # 1: **Please reference attachment Amendment #1 for the removal of the Tech Order Warehouse requirement.** **Reference attached Department of Labor Wage Determination for Labor Guidance** **Please note per the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, there are only 10 recognized Federal Holidays.
