Description

Solicitation No.: W912CN-10-T-0070 Response Date: 021910 Description: This will be a firm fixed price and requirements type contract. Contractor furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and vehicles to pick up and dispose of food waste from Government-owned dining facilities at Schofield Barracks, Fort Shafter, East Range Military Reservation and Wheeler Army Airfield on the Island of Oahu. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 10 February 2010. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 19 February 2010. Period of performance is 01 March 2010 28 February 2010 with 2 prepriced 12-month option periods This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. A firm is considered to be a small business if its average annual gross receipts for the past three years do not exceed $12.5 Million. NAICS 562111, Solid Waste Collection Telephone requests will not be honored. Issued solicitation packages will be posted at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website, https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ (go to Contracting Opportunities Search, Select Contracting Office: ACA Fort Shafter, then Continue button). Interested offerors are required to download the solicitation and any subsequent amendments from this website. Once posted on the website, interested offerors are responsible for monitoring the website until the closing date for any issued amendments or changes. This is a new requirement.
