- The Bureau of Indian Education intends to award sole source procurement to Plato Learning for 1 base year with 4 option years to provide maintenance for proprietary software on an existing Plato system. Haskell Indian Nations University has an immediate need for service support and license renewal to include:a)Support broad portfolio of educational curriculum, assessment, correlation, management and resource products and associated services, which are more fully identified and described at www.plato.com. b)Exclusive rights to all "PLATO Products," meaning all products marked by PLATO.c)Products protected by intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents and trade secrets, which are owned by PLATO and /or exclusively licensed to PLATO by third parties. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quote. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Questions may be directed via email jbegay@haskell.edu..
