- Bill of Materials This is a sources sought for customize training kits in accordance with specification. The products will be ordered and packaged into container such as PODS or Pallets, labeled and shipped to Headquarters Second Battalion First Special Warfare Training Group Airborne, Fort Bragg, NC. This sources sought is being prepared in accordance with the procedures and format of FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The customized training kits shall be packaged and labeled in whole and shipped in PODS or Pallets. The solicitation number is 4QBO21103318 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) under ITSS at https://it-solutions.gsa.gov/. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-26. This requirement is not being set-aside. The deliverable due date is on or before June 01, 2010 if you cannot meet the delivery date please reconsider submitting a quote. Delivery will be made to Second Battalion First Special Warfare Training Group Airborne, ATTN: CPT Ben Terwilliger Bldg 2307 Mosby Street Ft. Bragg, NC 28310. The following clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items, award will be made to the offeror who best meets the technical requirements at the lowest price; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders (a); (b) 0(1), (3), (6), (7), (8), (9), (10), (16). All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
