- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Medford, OR The United States Government ("Government") is seeking expressions of interest from potential sources for office space in Medford, Oregon. The Government is interested in leasing a minimum of 10,263 usable (11,407 rentable) square feet of office and related space. Renovated spaces may be considered. This space shall be used to house a US Government Agency for a term of 10 (ten) years, five (5) years firm. The Agency requires 20 on site, reserved, surface parking spaces. Space must be situated in Medford within a delineated area bounded as follows: Crater Lake Highway and Delta Waters on the North; Hillcrest Road and East Jackson Street on the South; Foothill Road on the East; and, I-5 on the West. Space must meet the Federal Government's standards for fire safety; seismic; accessibility; security; and must not be located within a 100-year floodplain. At minimum, the requirements listed above must be met to be considered.
