THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): QWC-SCI JV, W912DW-09-D-1004. Program Name: Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) for Design-Build, Miscellaneous Maintenance, Repair and Minor Construction Work on Real Property at Various Locations in Oregon and Washington These projects provide for the cleaning and painting of interior walls as well as the replacement of failing carpet in Building Numbers 12235, 12327, 12341, 12437 and 12835 located at Fort Lewis, Washington. These projects will be executed as a task order against an already existing 8(a) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, based on a statute that exists that expressly authorizes or requires that the acquisition be made from a specific source; specifically, FAR 6.302-5(b)(4), Sole source awards under the 8(a) program.. All projects listed that will be executed by this task order fall under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. The Magnitude of Construction for this task order is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 and the applicable NAICS Codes for this task order are 238320 and 238330.
