- DESCRIPTION The Department of Veteran Affairs at McClellan Park Consolidated Contracting Activity (CCA)is issuing Sources Sought Announcement seeking sources if there are any Large or Small business that can provide Solid Waste Disposal for VA Out Patient Clinic 2221 Martin Luther King Jr. Way Oakland CA, 94612 and VA Mental Health Clinic, 2505 W. 14th Street, Oakland CA 94607. Contractors responding to this Sources Sought Notice need to provide the following information to maria.teodoro@va.gov no later than 19 February 2010, 4PM PST: "Company Name, Address, Phone Number, Point of Contact and DUNS# The contractor will provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and services to provide collection, removal and disposal services for solid waste (non-hazardous materials) and recyclable materials for VA Out Patient Clinic 2221 Martin Luther King Jr. Way Oakland CA, 94612 and VA Mental Health Clinic, 2505 W. 14th Street, Oakland CA 94607.
