Description
RECOVERY: PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR THE PINK HOUSE WATER LINE IMPROVEMENTS. This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The work consists of Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to repair/replace and install new water lines at the Pink House Recreation Site. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237110, with a standard size of $33.5M. The project site is located in Clearwater County, Idaho. The Pink House Recreation Site is located approximately 5 miles west of Orofino, Idaho, adjacent to Highway 12 along the Clearwater River. Estimated start work date is April 1, 2010, and performance time is 150 calendar days. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $30,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This solicitation will be posted electronically at www.FedConnect.net. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is March 1, 2010. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by resultant contract award(s) may utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror(s), will be required in any resultant contract. The Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act which requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract. These reports will be made available to the public.
