- RECOVERY - THIS PROJECT IS FUNDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009. ARRA - INSTALLATION OF RIPARIAN PROTECTION FENCES (HORSE THIEF GRAZING ALLOTMENT) The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Needles Field Office have a requirement for fence construction/installation of Riparian Protection Fences within the Horse Thief Grazing Allotment BLM Needles Field Office Area. See attached Statement of Work (SOW) an other attachments for this project. All attachments can be downloaded at https://www.fedconnect.net. This opportunity is set-aside for small business under NACIS: 23890. Contractors desiring a project site visit must contact the BLM Needles Field Office by telephone or email to make arrangements; time, date, and meeting place.
