- SF1449-AG-0219-ID-10-001 Word File-AG-0219-ID-10-001 This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). USDA, Rural Development is seeking Contractor(s) to perform services on the behalf of the Community Programs Division for the purposes of construction management on a task order basis, which will include attending pre-construction meetings, monthly construction meetings and inspections, and reviewing partial payment estimates and proposed change orders, tracking project funds and other specific tasks on projects funded with American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) dollars. It is the Governments intention to make one or more awards as a result of this RFQ. Contract awards may be made based on the geographic location of the projects and the offeror’s ability to service the projects. One contract will be awarded to serve North Idaho, consisting of Idaho County and the counties north. The other contract will be awarded to serve counties south of Idaho County, Idaho.
