- SPECIAL NOTE: The United States Postal Service intends to issue a Request For Information (RFI) for anti-pilferage mail container seals in the near future. Critical RFI dates are listed below. RFI Open: February 11, 2010; 9 a.m. EST RFI Close: February 25, 2010; 8 p.m. EST RFI Training: February 12, 2010; 10 a.m. EST If your organization wishes to participate in this RFI regarding the Postal Service’s mail container seals requirements, you must 1) advise Jane Wright by sending an email to: jane.m.wright@usps ASAP and 2) go to https://uspsesourcing.emptoris.com and register your organization. Registration is mandatory in order to participate in the RFI. From the login page, click on the "Register Supplier Organization" hyperlink and provide all of the required information. Required information is identified with a red asterisk. Upon approval, registered organizations will receive log-in credentials to the USPS eSourcing application and will be required to complete training prior to participation in this sourcing event. A separate electronic message will be sent from Emptoris providing registrants with the training details – webex invitation and conference call number – and inviting them to participate in the RFI.
