- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-10-Q-0323 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38, Defense Circular Number 20100120, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-1030. This procurement is being issued Unrestricted under NAICS code 562991. DESCRIPTION: 0001- Special Event Porta Potties for three day Airshow event. In place by 0900 Friday 19-March-2010 to include hand washing stations, waterless hand soap, and serviced nightly. Qty 160 ea. 0002- DV restrooms with hand washing station. QTY 2 ea. 0003- Rental Handicapped Units ADA compliant with hand sanitizers. QTY 20 ea. 0004- Serviced nightly. Please see PSW attached. Shipping will be FOB Destination to 355 CPTS/FMF, 5275 E GRANITE ST. DAVIS-MONTHAN AFB, AZ 85707-5000 and please include an estimated delivery date ARO. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeror -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price and technical acceptance, based on the salient characteristics listed above.
