- FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire all Program Management and Events Coordination Services for the "2010 Navy Medicine Resources, Logistics, and Analytics Training Symposium " a four day event to be conducted by the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, 2300 East Street NW, Washington DC 20372. The Summit will be held in the Washington DC area. The location will be secured by the Department of the Navy. The estimated scheduling of this Summit is early 19 - 22 Apr 2010 but is subject to change. Actual performance shall not start until a firmed fixed price contract has been established. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, logistical, administrative, and technical support services for the Summit in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12, using Subpart 13.5 test program procedures. Award of a firm fixed contract is anticipated. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard for this procurement is 611699 and 500 employees respectively.
