- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Research, Development and Engineering Command Acquisition Center (REDECOMAC) have a requirement for Advanced Force Protection courses oriented towards soldiers that deploy to United States Embassies around the world in support of the Rapid Equipping Force. This proposed procurement is Unrestricted. The Government intends to procure this requirement under NAICS 541990. This request for proposal requires cost proposals to be evaluated for award. Competitive proposals will be evaluated based on the evaluation criteria set forth in the solicitation package. Large Business Firms are required to submit a subcontracting plan with their proposals. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge. The media through which the Government chooses is issue this requests for this solicitation will be performed through ASFI (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/). The online version of the RFQ includes all documents of the solicitation package. No hard copy of this RFP will be issued. Amendments, if any, will be posted at the same location as the solicitation. The complete solicitation package, including amendments, should be received and reviewed prior to submitting a response. It is the potential offerors responsibility to monitor the Army Single Face to Industry website on a regular basis for any updates to the solicitation to obtain all amendments and/or other applicable documents. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award of a Federal contract. CCR link at https://www.ccr.gov/. Contractors are also required to complete online representations and certifications at the Online Representations and Certifications Applications quotations due o/a 12/20/2009.
