- Description
- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command intends to solicit & award an acquisition for lodging. The requirement consists of furnishing all labor, personnel, material, equipment, tools, supervision and other items necessary to provide contracted services which include providing 27 double rooms within a 10 mile radius of Southport, North Carolina. This is not a requirement for event planning services. Award will not be made to an offeror, which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third party hotel. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 721110, with a related small business size standard of $7.0M. The proposed action is for Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract, which will be advertised as a 100% set aside for small businesses. The solicitation will be posted on or about 28 January, 2010 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS.
