- Wanted to Lease by USDA The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Carroll County Office in Carrollton, KY, is interested in leasing approximately 2,122 rentable square feet of space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 1,929 ANSI/BOMA to a maximum of 2,122 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space and 18 paved parking spaces. To be considered, office location must be within the boundaries of North: Ohio River / East: either side of M and T Road / South: Interstate I-71 / West: Kentucky River. Preference will be given to first floor space. Occupancy is required by August 29, 2010.
