- The United States Government intends modify existing contract W911QX-09-P-0317 to add maintenance of an additional piece of equipment to the existing contract and to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source based on compatibility requirements and proprietary issues. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Force 3, 2151 Priest Bridge Drive, Crofton, MD 21114, for Software Maintenance. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
