- Notice of Contract Action. The United States Air Force (USAF), Air Force District of Washington (AFDW), Contracting Division (AFDW/A7KM), intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Marriott International, INC (DBA: Marriott/ Division: Denver Marriott City Center) to provide services in support of the Air Force Medical Logistics Symposium held ath the Marriott City Center Hotel, Denver, Co. The contractor shall provide services to coordination with the hotel for conference rooms for four (4) days. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. If you are capable of fulfilling this requirement, submit a capabilities statement and past performance information i.e., previous contracts and government POCs referencing FA7014-10-P-0023, to Mr. Rodney D. Aytch, Contract Specialist, rodney.aytch.ctr@afncr.af.mil. If documents are sent via email, the contractor will be responsible for validating government receipt by calling the Contract Specialist at 703-681-6214. Documents submitted shall not be returned. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests for information will not be honored.
