- The US Army Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) is looking for sources to provide Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services at several ports within Africa, including the countries of Djibouti, Morocco, Cameroon, Congo, South Africa, Mozambique, Kenya. This would be a requirements-type contract, with a 1 year base period, and 2-option years. Please provide information on the following: 1. Is your company able to provide the services listed below at all, or some of the ports listed. What ports are you able to service? 2. Are there any additional services that you would recommend adding to the contract for special working conditions in these areas? 3. Would services be able to start by June 2010? 4.
