- The solicitation will be issued on February 2, 2010. This modification is being issued to change the issue date of the solicitation to February 13, 2010. Solicitation for End Item: C-5 Aircraft, Multiple NSNs: 1560-00-830-1560, 1560-00-824-6429, 1560-00-824-6431, 1560-00-830-1558, 1560-00-830-1559, 1560-00-531-6840, 1560-00-856-0168, 1560-01-087-7745, 1560-01-433-2854 FAIRING, AIRCRAFT, IQC09336009003. OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT: 48 MONTHS. The solicitation will list the estimated annual demand quantities and required delivery schedules. DURATION OF CONTRACT ORDERING PERIOD: 12 MONTHS. Configuration Control item. Critical Application item. NAICS is 336413. This is a small business set aside, full and open after exclusion of sources procurement. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. This is a request for proposal for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Estimated Annual Quantities for the base and four one-year option periods will be (see attached). Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. First Article Test, Government Testing will apply to all items with the exception of 1560-01-087-7745. Export Control Drawing Package will be available to approved Joint Certification Program sources. Solicitations between $25,000 and over will be made in writing.
