- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER THE ARCHITECT ENGINEERING SERVICE INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONTRACT NUMBER IBM05D0001 WITH S&B INFRASTRUCTURES, LTD. THIS NOTICE SERVES AS A REPEAT SYNOPSIS OF THE AWARD POSTED ON SEP 23, 2009 BUT DELETED DUE TO AN FBO SYSTEM PROBLEM. RECOVERY: Scope of work consists of a full geotechnical evaluation and preparation of design plans and specifications for levee rehabilitation of two levee reaches within the Rectification Project segment. The two levee reaches are located one adjacent to Fabens in El Paso County and the other at Fort Hancock in Hudspeth County, Texas. The proposed levee rehabilitation improvements consist of raising the top of levee elevation, conducting geotechnical investigations, and assessing all the structures within the levee reaches within the SOW. This Task Order is issued under a competitively awarded IDIQ for A/E Services. The resultant award is Firm Fixed-Price.
