The US ARMY CECOM LCMC intends to acquire 100 each AN/AVS-9 Night Vision Goggle GEN II 1250 FOM; 200 each AN/PVS-14 GEN II or GEN III Night Vision Goggles 1250 FOM; 3 each Purge Kit with Adapter for the AN/PVS-14 Night Vision Monocular; 3 each Purge Adapter for the AN/AVS-9 Aviator Night Vision Goggle; 100 each Helmet Mounts for use with AN/AVS-9 Aviator Night Vision Goggle to the HGU-56/P Helmet; 25 each Spare Parts Kit to support the AN/AVS-9 Aviator Night Vision Goggle; 50 each Spare Parts Kit to support the AN/PVS-14 Night Vision Google; and 1 each ANV-126A-001 Aviator Test Set with Adaptors. Salient Characteristics: The export commercial AN/AVS-9 GEN II includes the following: Battery Pack as required, Carrying Case, Neck Cord, Lens Tissue, Operator's Manual, and Lens Cap. Export commercial Purge Adapter to be used with the AN/AVS-9 Aviator Night Vision Goggle. Export commercial Helmet Mounts for use with the AN/AVS-9 Aviator Night Vision Goggle to the HGU-56/P Helmet. Export commercial Spare Parts Kit to support the AN/AVS-9 Aviator Night Vision Goggle is to include soft carrying case (1 ea), neck cord (1 ea), operators manual (1 ea), lens cap assembly (2 ea), purge valve O-ring (4 ea), lens paper (4 ea). Export commercial Spare Parts Kit to support the AN/PVS-14 Night Vision Goggle to include soft carrying case (1 ea), neck cord (1 ea), operators manual (1 ea), lens cap assembly (2 ea), purge valve O-ring (4 ea), lens paper (4 ea), demist shield (4 ea), sacrificial window (4 ea). Export commercial ANV-126A-001 Aviator Test Set with Adaptors to support the AN/AVS-9 Aviator Goggle. Please state delivery ARO. Other information/requirements: 1. Figure of Merit must not exceed 1250 FOM, minimum for Tube Signal to noise Ratio of 18 and minimum Resolution of 45. 2. If you are a reseller/distributor you must disclose the manufacturer of the Tubes. 3. Please state delivery ARO. 4. If you are a reseller/distributor you must disclose the manufacturer of the AN/AVS-9 AND AN/PVS-14, and the Country of origin of ALL ITEMS listed. 5. You must disclose EMI protection certification of the AN/AVS-9 AND AN/PVS-14 for use in a fixed-wing aircraft and/or rotorcraft. 6. You must disclose flight certification of the AN/AVS-9 AND AN/PVS-14 for use in a fixed-wing aircraft and/or rotorcraft. 7.
