- Department of Veterans Affairs, North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System, VA Medical Center, Lake City, FL, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Architect/Engineering services for an A/E for development of complete construction documents (i.e. working drawings, specifications, and reports ) Certified Independent Third Party Safety Professional services, and construction period services for Project 573A4-10-101, Replace HW Generators, B. 38, 62, 64 & 82. Interested firms shall have the capability of engaging all additional disciplines as necessary to provide a complete proposal. Estimated cost range for construction is $250,000 - $500,000. NAICS code for this project is 541330. This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside. Potential contractors must be registered in CCR (www.ccr.gov) and Vet Biz (www.vetbiz.gov) at time of submission of their qualifications in order to be considered for an award. Area of consideration: Firms must be within a 200 mile radius of the VAMC, Lake City, FL. Please submit your qualifications and past performance data on SF330 (architect-engineer qualifications).
