- The U.S. Fish an dWildlife Service, Contacting and General Services Office in Portland, Oregon has a requirement to purchase and ship to Saipan Boats and outboard motors to Saipan. Basis for award will be lowest price commercial item quote. Pricing shall be FOB origin to Saipan. Delivery shall be approximately 4-6 week after award date.
