- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W912EE-10-T-0021 is being issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) with the intent to award as a simplified acquisition. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 335921. The SIC Code is 3357; Size Standard: 1000 employees. NOTE: THIS REQUIREMENT IS FUNDED UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009, P.L. 111-5. REFERENCE PROJECT NUMBER: 107169. The USACE, Vicksburg District has a requirement for Fiber Optic Cables and supplies. This procurement may be quoted as follows: PLEASE SEE ATTACHED FILE FOR LINE ITEM DESCRIPTION AND QUANTITY.
