Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 3), James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Bronx New York, Network Acquisitions and Logistics program is currently seeking firms as sources of supply only, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, Hubzone, 8(A) OR Small Business with the ability to provide "SOLID WASTE REMOVAL AND RECYCLING SERVICES" for the Northport VA Medical Center, 79 Middleville Road, Northport, NY 11768. The firm will be responsible for providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of these required services. Firms must be able to demonstrate experience for the required services, it is preferred if the applicant has provided same or similar services to other VA Medical Centers throughout the United States. The applicant must also provide minimum of three (3) "REFERENCES" for providing same or similar services. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT. Firms desiring consideration shall email directly to the Contracting Officer referencing the following in the subject field, " SOLID WASTE REMOVAL AND RECYCLING SERVICES VA-243-09-RQ-0342", then contain the following information within the body of the e-mail name of firm, Socio-Economic category of the firm (SDVOSB, VOSB, 8A, HUBZONE or SMALL BUSINESS), complete address, phone & fax number of contact.
