- This is a combined synposis/solicitation for comerical items under the AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) OF 2009 and prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemeted with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only soliciation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a small business set-aside standard associated with NAICS code 321911. This solicatation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38. The following clauses and provisions are included in this announcement/solicitation: 52.212-1, Instructions to OfferorsCommercial; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and CertificationsCommercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commerical Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive OrdersCommercial Items. Warranty requirements are based on customary commercial practices. The below measurements of openings are rudimentary. Due to the fact of our weather, more than normal snow fall, this measurement requirement may take longer than normal. The existing window frames are not insulated and the new frames will be to ensure improved energy efficiency.
