Description

THIS IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009(ARRA) PROCUREMENT THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER FS REGIONAL HAZMAT CONTRACT IDIQ. INCLUDED CONTRACT #'S AG-046W-C-09-0001 AG-046W-C-09-0002 AG-046W-C-09-0004 AG-046W-C-09-0005 AG-046W-C-09-0006 AG-046W-C-09-0007 AG-046W-C-09-0009 The Forest Service intends to award a Firm Price Task Order under its Regional Hazmat Contract. This project will include work under Activity II which includes assessments, testing and abatement of lead based paint, soils testing, cleanup of contaminated soil, backfill with clean soil and encapsulation of lead based paint. This project will include abatement on 12 Forest Service buildings and testing on testing on 42 structures. There are additional optional items releated to this project. This project has structures located through out the Malhuer Natinoal Forest. The FS Supervisors offices are located in John Day OR. All work will be complete in per the IDIQ terms and condition, the project SOW and any additional requirements included in this project
