- This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Formal Solicitation will be issued on or about 29 January 2010. The VAMC Hampton is currently has the need for a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) contractor(s) to provide Dental Laboratory Services to its eligible beneficiaries requiring fixed dental and prosthesis to for VAMC Hampton located at 100 Emancipation Dr, Hampton, VA 23667. Large quantities and strict timeframes are required to full-fill this requirement. All Laboratory work need to include but not limited to porcelain fused to metal crown and bridges, all gold crowns and bridges, ceramic crowns and bridges, diagnostic wax-up and design services for removable and fixed prosthodontics, pre-fabricated and custom abutments for implants, Maryland bridges, precision cast retentive bars, precision and semi-precision attachments, and cast gold post and cores. This contract is expected to be a (1) year plus (1) year option this is a Veteran Owned Small Business Set-A-Side.
