- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-38. CLIN 0003: 18 Each - Joerns Avalon Laminate Three-Drawer Bedside Chest with Passive Lock, Item # USA10WDPN622: approximate external dimensions - 29 1/2" H x 20" D x 21 1/2" W; Set of 4 casters FINISH: Wild Cherry. CLIN 0007: 30 Each - Joerns Glider Rocker with Removable Cushions, Item # CSG7290-G7: approximate dimensions - Outside: 23"W x 31.5"D x 41.5"H; Seat Height: 19"; Arm Height: 24.5", grade 7 FINISH: Classic Mahogany FABRIC: TBD. Vendor quotes shall include all freight charges. Delivery of all items is desired to be no later than 60 days after receipt of order, FOB Destination. This is a Brand Name purchase. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the quote. The selection resulting from this request for quotations will be made on the basis of the lowest-priced quote from a responsible quoter with acceptable or neutral past performance. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract. This procurement is unrestricted. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is VA-260-10-RQ-0365. The applicable NAICS code is 423450 and the small business size standard is 100 Employees. Offers are due no later than 10 Feb 2010 at 3:00:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
