- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROGRAM. The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) intends to issue competitive task orders against an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract with the National Resource Center Domain D -4 master contract holders. It is anticipated that AHRQ will award one task order. This task order is for ARRA NRC D4 HITRC Portal Infrastructure Operations and Support for the Health Information Technology Research Center (HITRC) on behalf of the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) to support the Regional Extension Centers (RECs) funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
